Privacy, refunds & the rest.

Short version: this site collects almost nothing, refunds are painless, and there's a human at the other end of the email.

What this site collects

• Basically nothing. No accounts, no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels.
• When the page loads, it asks a geolocation service (ipapi.co) for your country code only — just "AU" or "US" — so it can show the right price and checkout link. No personal data is sent or stored.
• The free-templates button downloads a PDF directly. No email required, nothing recorded.

Checkout & payment

Payments are handled by Gumroad. We never see or store your card details — Gumroad's own privacy policy and terms apply to the checkout itself.

Refunds

Because this is an instant-download PDF, refunds are for genuine issues — for example the files won't download or open, or the contents are materially not as described.

We ask one thing first: give the kit a fair go — at least 21 days of genuine use. If it's still not working for you after that, email zentraglow@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with a quick note on what's wrong, and we'll sort it. Refunds go back through Gumroad to your original payment method.

What you're buying

• TaskFlow AI Kit is a digital download (PDF). Nothing is posted.
• Your purchase is a personal-use licence: use the scripts in your own business as much as you like. Please don't redistribute, resell or share the files publicly.
• The kit is educational material for business administration. It is not legal, tax or financial advice.
